Customer Support Executive (D2C)
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries across calls, emails, social
media, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic resolutions for an excellent customer
experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer queries across email, WhatsApp, calls, social media, and other platforms.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
Coordinate with logistics partners for orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
Support operational processes and system integrations.
Execute customer communication campaigns via WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback.
Handle escalations professionally and within defined SLAs.
Skills & Requirements:
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in D2C / e-commerce customer support.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of logistics and CRM tools.
