Job Title: Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Manage and maintain optimal stock levels to meet client and project requirements.
• Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement of HP or related IT
products.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, billing, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and purchase records in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Review, verify, and process invoices in coordination with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company billing standards.
• Follow up on pending approvals, vendor payments, and ensure timely closures.
• Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements.
• Support reporting and MIS preparation for management review.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Supply
Chain).
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar ERP tools).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
