As a growing travel company in Kolkata, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and ensure smooth execution of all travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end operations for domestic and international tour packages.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and guides to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documents (vouchers, invoices, etc.).
• Manage client requirements before, during, and after trips for seamless travel experiences.
• Track bookings, payments, and confirmations to maintain accurate operational records.
• Resolve operational issues promptly with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all bookings are executed as per client expectations.
• Maintain vendor relations and negotiate rates for better pricing and service quality.
• Support visa, flight, and hotel booking operations when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in travel operations (preferably in a travel agency or tour operator).
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, flights, and hotel booking systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel CRM tools.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
