Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and organized Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day business operations while supporting digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in project planning, task allocation, and follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
Maintain reports, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support the marketing team with campaign execution, performance tracking, and content coordination.
Assist in managing social media posts, campaign reports, and lead tracking.
Work closely with the management to streamline operational and marketing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or marketing support.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts — SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
