Operation Executive

Job Summary The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to crane rental services, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely mobilization/demobilization, compliance with client requirements, and efficient communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination Plan, schedule, and monitor mobilization and demobilization of cranes, trailers, and other equipment. Ensure operators, helpers, and support staff are deployed as per project requirements. Maintain and update daily crane movement, location, and status reports. Client & Vendor Coordination Communicate with clients for job requirements, site readiness, and operational updates. Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and subcontractors for timely delivery of services. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain gate passes, work permits, and compliance documents for site entry. Maintain crane log sheets, fuel consumption records, and operator attendance. Ensure safety and statutory compliance at all times. Reporting & Tracking Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for management review. Track job status, delays, and critical issues, and escalate when necessary. Resource & Asset Management Ensure proper allocation of cranes, manpower, and support vehicles. Monitor equipment health, maintenance schedules, and downtime reports. Billing & Cost Control Support Share job completion details with the billing department. Track mobilization/demobilization costs and other operational expenses.
