Job Description

As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Your focus will be on various aspects such as data management, tender management, logistics, exports, and imports to ensure efficient and effective management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records and databases - Ensure data security and compliance with company policies - Provide data insights and reports for business decisions - Coordinate and prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals - Analyze tender results for improvement recommendations - Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations - Resolve logistics-related issues and enhance processes - Coordinate export and import operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - Monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Implement process improvements - Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software This full-time position offers health insurance, Provident Fund, a fixed shift schedule, and a yearly bonus.
