Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our academic and partnership operations with universities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth coordination, documentation management, student lifecycle support, and timely communication with university partners to ensure seamless delivery of programs. Key Responsibilities1️⃣ University Coordination Manage day-to-day communication with universities and academic partners. Coordinate onboarding of universities and ensure compliance with operational processes. Maintain updated records of university requirements, programs, policies, and schedules. 2️⃣ Student Lifecycle Management Support admissions operations including enrollment, documentation verification, and data accuracy. Coordinate examinations, assignments, and academic submissions with university guidelines. Provide resolution on student academic queries and escalate issues when required. 3️⃣ Documentation & Compliance Manage MoUs, agreements, fee structures, and academic documentation. Ensure proper filing, record management, and regulatory compliance. Track and update student data in CRM / internal systems accurately. 4️⃣ Inter-department Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and academic teams for smooth operations. Share timely updates on student progress, timelines, and university deliverables. Ensure accurate reporting and MIS updates for internal stakeholders. 5️⃣ Performance Monitoring Track operational KPIs — admissions status, document status, exam/assignment submissions, etc. Prepare operational reports and assist in decision-making to improve process efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Education / Business / related field preferred). 2 years of operations or coordination experience (EdTech or university tie-ups preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude with accountability for tasks.
