Operation Executive

As an Operation Executive BEE at NOIDA Sector-94, your primary role will involve supporting day-to-day operational activities related to BEE projects, documentation, client coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Handling BEE project documentation, tracking, and ensuring timely submission. - Coordinating with clients for data collection, report updates, and follow-ups. - Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure workflows are on schedule. - Preparing basic MIS reports, project status updates, and maintaining records. - Assisting the senior team in audits, compliance, and BEE-related activities. - Communicating with vendors/clients for scheduling, queries, or clarification. Qualifications Required: - Good communication & coordination skills. - Basic understanding of BEE standards and energy efficiency concepts (preferred). - Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools. - Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. - Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
