Our operations team ensures smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across departments to deliver an excellent experience to clients and partners.

Role Summary

The Operations Executive will handle end-to-end operational activities, including documentation, data management, system entries, coordination with internal teams, and support in day-to-day workflow. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience in Tally, Power BI, and company-specific software, along with accuracy and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and report generation in Tally, Power BI, and internal company software.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, reports, and operational files.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and admin teams for process updates and follow-ups.
• Prepare operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
• Assist in policy documentation, verification, and internal approvals when required.
• Support management during audits, compliance activities, and review meetings.
• Resolve operational queries and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow operational SOPs, and ensure error-free execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in any stream
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, backend support, or MIS roles
• Proficiency in Tally, Power BI, and data entry tools
• Experience with company inbuilt/ERP software is an advantage

• Good analytical ability and attention to detail
• Efficient in data handling, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
