Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven International BPO Executive (Business Consultant) to work with international clients. The role involves understanding client business needs, recommending suitable website and digital solutions, and consistently achieving performance targets. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through voice calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and act as a Website Consultant by recommending suitable web and digital solutions
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Team Leader
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of websites or digital services (training provided if required)
• Confident, professional, and goal-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in International BPO, sales, or website consulting (preferred but not mandatory)
• Neutral or international English accent
