Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. Optimize ad copies, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for better ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices. Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align campaign strategies. Prepare and present performance reports on a regular basis. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Experience in using tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Basic understanding of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and remarketing. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills.
