Job Title: Senior OpenText Consultant Experience Level: 8+ Years Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OpenText Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing the OpenText platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects, designing scalable enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and integration of OpenText solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and support of OpenText ECM solutions (e.g., Content Suite, Extended ECM, Documentum, InfoArchive). Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using OpenText technologies. Develop and maintain workflows, metadata models, taxonomies, and document lifecycles. Integrate OpenText with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, etc. Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards. Provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience working with the OpenText platform and related technologies. SuccessFactors OpenText Technical & Functional domain knowledge. Contract Creation: Develop contracts based on various input requirements and integrate them with SuccessFactors to retrieve employee data. DocuSign Workflow Management: Create and organize DocuSign workflows for various approval processes. Contract Clause Management: Make corrections and updates to existing contract clauses. DocuSign Flow Organization: Manage and organize existing DocuSign workflows for contracts initiated through OpenText. Configuration and Integration Issue Resolution: Address configuration and integration issues in OpenText. Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Configuration: Plan and configure new roles and access permissions. Scripting and Data Handling: Handle scripting and data requirements for OpenText PowerDocs. Employee Document Reporting: Generate reports for employees as per business requirements. Candidate Document Management: Map and monitor candidate documents. Onboarding Configuration: Configure SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 for new hires. OAuth authentication and integration management. Good communication skills & Client Facing role.
