Job Description

Process: Outbound Telecaller Yes Bank Process

Location:

Yes Bank Outbound Process

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Yes Bank products and services.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and service.
Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned.
Update customer information and call status in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Minimum HSC (12th pass) or above.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Gender:
Open to Male and Female candidates.
Age Limit:
18 to 35 years.
Languages:
Basic English communication skills with knowledge of other regional languages preferred.

Job Details:

Shift Timings:
9:45 AM to 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Week Off)
Training:
7 days of training will be provided.
Salary:
14,000 (Net) to 19,000 (Gross) per month
