Job Description

Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for

    custom software development services

    in international markets (primarily

    US and UK

    ).
  • Perform

    cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

    to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable

    IT solutions

    through consultative and

    solution-based selling

    .
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from

    lead generation, qualification, demos/presentations, proposal creation

    , negotiations, to

    deal closure

    .
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful handover post-sales.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends, competitor activities

    , and

    customer needs

    in the global IT service space.
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    and KPIs.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in

    IT service sales

    or

    software solution sales

    targeting international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of

    US & UK market dynamics

  • Expertise in

    lead generation

    ,

    cold calling

    , and

    B2B sales

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling services like:
    • Custom software development

    • Web or mobile app development

    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in an

    or software development agency is highly desirable.
