Job Description

Position - Sales Operations Analytics

Work Location - Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

Collect, organize, and analyze donor-related data to uncover trends and patterns in giving behavior and donor retention.
Segment donors, conduct sentiment analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for improving fundraising and outreach.
Identify user journey bottlenecks and provide suggestions for improving experience and funnel optimization
Conduct market research to assess sector trends, donor motivations, and competitive landscape.
Synthesize primary and secondary research findings to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities for donation growth
Prepare clear and compelling presentations, dashboards, and reports that translate analytic findings into actionable insights.
