Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Executive based at our Thane headquarters.

The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our online sales ecosystem across digital channels, ensuring an impeccable shopping experience for our clientele. Responsibilities include:

• Managing online sales channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

• Providing personalized customer service and after-sales support

• Handling inbound leads, queries, and client conversions via digital platforms

• Collaborating with the Marketing & E-commerce teams to plan campaigns and offers

• Monitoring online customer engagement and ensuring a seamless user journey

• Analyzing data and preparing sales performance reports

• Assisting in creating and executing online promotions and marketing strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Proven sales skills in a retail or online luxury environment

• Experience in E-commerce or Online Marketing (Meta, Shopify, CRM platforms preferred)

• Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and online sales tracking tools

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team

• Prior experience in luxury fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands will be a strong advantage
