**Job Role and Responsibilities: Online Sales Executive - Zimson Watches** **Role:** The Online Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of Zimson Watches through the website by attending to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers, addressing their queries, and converting online leads into confirmed sales to achieve sales targets. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Query Management**   - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via website chat, email, or phone.   - Provide detailed product information, specifications, and comparisons to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.   - Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience. 2. **Driving Online Sales**   - Proactively engage with website visitors to promote products and encourage purchases.   - Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture potential customers and convert them into confirmed sales.   - Recommend suitable watch options based on customer preferences and needs. 3. **Business Closure & Sales Conversion**   - Close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process, including order confirmation and payment procedures.   - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.   - Ensure accurate recording of customer details and sales data in the system. 4. **Achieving Sales Targets**   - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.   - Identify opportunities to increase sales volume and customer retention. 5. **Product Knowledge & Service Excellence**   - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zimson Watches’ product range, features, and latest collections.   - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. **Order Processing & Follow-Up**   - Assist customers in placing orders via the website.   - Follow up on pending orders, delivery status, and post-sale customer service. 7. **Reporting & Feedback**   - Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities.   - Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement. 8. **Promoting Special Offers & Campaigns**   - Inform customers about ongoing discounts, promotions, and new arrivals.   - Encourage customers to take advantage of special offers to boost sales. **Requirements:** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Basic knowledge of watches and the ability to explain product features. - Ability to work towards sales targets. - Proficient in using online chat tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
