Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Sales Executive with at least 2 years of proven success in sales to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns.
• Update CRM systems with lead status and follow-up notes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG and Pharma Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, FMCG,Pharma.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
