Job Description

As a Sales professional for this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through Online and Tele-sales channels. Your excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities will be crucial in achieving success in this position. In addition to the competitive CTC, you will have the opportunity to earn lucrative incentives based on the targets you achieve. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and converting them into sales. - Build and nurture relationships with prospects to sell products effectively. - Focus on converting high revenue leads and retaining customers for repeat business. - Perform customer identification, call planning, account management, and closing activities. - Maintain detailed client contact information in the CRM system including call reports, price quotes, and email correspondence. - Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any stream; Engineering graduates are preferred. - Experience in online, telesales, or telemarketing roles. - Proficiency in spoken English is a mandatory requirement. - Familiarity with e-commerce and its various components. - Knowledge of software such as Zoho CRM and Salesforce is an added advantage. - Highly analytical and self-driven individuals are preferred for this position.
