Collections Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our organization as an executive for the Collection Process. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and execute the collection process efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone/email to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate records and monitor overdue accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Analyze delinquent accounts and suggest recovery strategies

🔹 Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Prior experience in collections or credit control
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of collection laws and tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
