Job Description

Industrybuying.com is looking for hardcore Sales professionals who are experienced in driving sales through Online and Tele-sales channels. It requires one to have excellent communication skills and negotiation and sales prowess.Apart from the CTC, this position offers lucrative incentives based on the targets achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Convert high revenue leads.
  • Retain customers to increase repeat business.
  • Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
  • Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.

Desired Profile

  • Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
  • Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing.
  • Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
  • Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
