About Us:

Mukti & Kavith Casa is a luxury designer menswear and footwear brand known for its bespoke craftsmanship, exclusive couture pieces, and high-end client experience. We are seeking an experienced and driven Fashion Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise store revenue.

• Maintain and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients and fashion influencers.

• Oversee client consultations, fittings, and post-sales follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to enhance the in-store experience.

• Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the fashion/luxury retail sector.

• Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience in fashion.

• Strong background in designer and couture fashion.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
