You’ll be working side-by-side with Kavith Sainaani — Creative Director & Founder of Mukti & Kavith Casa and Kavith Sainaani Handmade Luxury.

If you can think 5 steps ahead, handle high-pressure situations with style, and make sure no detail is ever missed — you might be the one.

Your Mission

• Be the Founder’s right hand — manage time, priorities, and commitments flawlessly

• Coordinate with top-tier clients, designers, and VIP networks

• Plan, schedule, and execute meetings, travel, and brand events with precision

• Keep projects moving — follow up, track deadlines, and clear roadblocks

• Protect time and energy by filtering, prioritizing, and anticipating needs

• Maintain absolute confidentiality

You Are

• 3+ years in an EA/PA role, ideally in luxury, fashion, or working with high-profile leaders

• Razor-sharp in organization, quick in decision-making, and unshakable under pressure

• An exceptional communicator (English fluency is a must)

• Tech-comfortable — Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, social media

• Proactive — you create solutions, you don’t wait for them
