Job Title: Fashion Consultant – Online & Tele Sales (Luxury & Couture)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Fashion Consultant who understands the world of luxury fashion, couture, and bespoke clothing. The ideal candidate should be able to confidently consult clients online or over the phone, help them make informed styling choices, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate our brand’s design philosophy and couture collections

• Consult clients on styles, fabrics, fits, and customization

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with high-net-worth clients

• Book in-store appointments or close sales virtually

• Manage online sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries

• Follow up with clients post-consultation for conversion and retention

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Understanding of luxury fashion, bespoke menswear, and styling

• Experience in online/telephonic sales or fashion consultation preferred

• Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati is a bonus)
