Online Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and result-driven Sales Executive to handle both online and offline sales for our fashion brand. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through e-commerce portals and direct client interactions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Sales:

• Conduct telephonic and direct sales to clients, boutiques, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions.
• Build and retain long-term customer relationships.

Online Sales:

• Manage product listings and updates across all online platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.).
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and campaigns.
• Handle online customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely dispatches.
• Monitor online performance and prepare sales reports.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain daily sales records (online + offline).
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel sales (online or offline).
• Familiarity with e-commerce portals and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
