atIIT is seeking passionate and highly competent professionals to deliver online classes, workshops, and hands-on sessions in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate combines academic depth with real-world industry experience, and is excited to mentor learners across diverse backgrounds — from students to working professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online classes on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analytics, Python, and related domains.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, including coding demonstrations, model building, and project guidance.
• Design or refine learning materials such as slide decks, assignments, quizzes, datasets, and project outlines.
• Mentor learners, resolve doubts, evaluate submissions, and ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align the curriculum with industry standards and emerging trends.
• Support capstone projects, hackathons, and real-world problem-solving activities.
• Provide timely feedback and track learner progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Candidates from institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, or top universities are preferred (not mandatory).

0-2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/Data roles such as:

• Data Scientist
• Machine Learning Engineer
• AI Engineer
• Data Analyst
• Research Scientist
• MLOps/Analytics Consultant

Experience with end-to-end model development, deployment, analytics workflows, or industry case studies will be highly valued.

Strong expertise in:

• Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Machine Learning algorithms and model evaluation
• Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Data Visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau preferred)
• Statistics and probability fundamentals

Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Cloud ML tools (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

Pedagogical & Soft Skills:

• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured manner.
• Passion for mentoring and learner engagement.
