Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This role involves coordinating documentation, facilitating smooth transitions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all documentation and candidate follow-ups from sourcing to joining.
• Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule and manage onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new employees throughout the process.
• Ensure the completion of all required paperwork while adhering to legal and administrative compliance.
• Assist new hires with necessary documentation, including employee forms, benefits enrollment, and IT setup.
