Onboarding Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with maximum number of existing customers and pitch for integration
• Convince existing customers to call and onboard for aggregators with Petpooja
• To explain integration facilities to client
• Need to maintain data regarding calls and send timely updates
• To maintain a good relationship with customers

Additional Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Familiarity with POS systems, integrations, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain technical features in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Good relationship management and customer handling.
• Basic data management and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹408,000.00 per year
