Job Description

Job Title: On-Trade Manager(Immediate Joiner) Location: Gurgaon, Delhi, Chandigarh, UK, UP, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Goa Role Summary: Drive sales, brand presence, and activations in the on-trade channel (Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs). Build strong relationships, ensure visibility, and execute brand experiences across key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in assigned on-trade accounts. Ensure brand availability, visibility, and premium positioning. Plan and execute brand activations and staff training. Collaborate with distributors and supply chain for stock efficiency. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Report sales performance and activation outcomes regularly. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing. 3+ years on-trade sales experience (alco-bev or premium FMCG preferred). Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics. Willingness to travel; passion for premium brands.
