Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an OJT - Front Office trainee. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 -1 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, performing necessary administrative tasks.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
