  • Develop and expand the offline sales network across all Flix regions in India.
  • Manage, train, and support travel agents, franchise operators, and shop staff to ensure consistent sales performance and adherence to Flix standards.
  • Drive monthly sales targets for offline channels and track partner performance using clear KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with existing agents while identifying and onboarding new partners that fit our brand and business goals.
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate partner performance, understand regional dynamics, and gather competitive insights.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities to improve visibility, footfall, and conversions.
  • Ensure pricing compliance, brand consistency, and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with central teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on channel performance, challenges, and opportunities.
