PROFILE - OFFICE MANAGER LOCATION - RAJENDRA PLACE (DELHI) SALARY - 30K - 40K ROLES OF OFFICE MANAGER We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment. This role is essential to supporting leadership and staff, managing administrative functions, and improving office systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, supply management, and vendor coordination. · Provide administrative support to leadership and team members to ensure smooth business operations. · Identify inefficiencies in office workflows and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement. · Serve as the central point of contact for internal communications across departments. · Monitor office expenses, maintain supply inventory, and manage the administrative budget. · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations relevant to office administration. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within the insurance sector. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Familiarity with insurance operations, terminology, and administrative requirements. · Experience in budget management, expense reporting, and vendor contract negotiation. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
