Job Title: Office Manager (with Receptionist Duties)

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager who will also handle front desk/receptionist responsibilities to support our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility requirements.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with staff and management to support projects and tasks.
  • Prepare basic reports and assist in budgeting/expense tracking.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Manage appointment bookings, calendars, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration/Management/related field).
  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative officer, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software.
