Role Overview: Responsible for managing daily office administration and coordinating with government departments and local authorities, for all permissions, approvals, and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation. Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements Liaise with government offices, municipality / panchayat, electricity department, mining departments, and other departments. Maintain proper filing of documents and official communications. Prepare letters, applications, reports and presentations Requirements: Post Graduate in any field (preferably management degree, logistics and infrastructure) From in and around Margao Knowledge of legal Procedures Good communication and follow-up skills Knowledge of government procedures and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in Konkani, English and Hindi 5 – 7 years’ experience in administrative work in mining and/or infrastructure, Logistics The candidate must have his/her own transport for local travel required for office-related work.
