Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Hexareel Studios – Pune
Type: Full-time, On-site
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an Office Manager who can keep our Pune studio running smoothly every day. You will support the founders (Hasan and Ibrahim), manage studio operations, and help keep our projects, people, and space organized. This role needs someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling many moving tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Office Operations

• Manage all day-to-day office tasks.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and staff schedules.
• Manage petty cash and basic office accounts.
• Take care of studio maintenance and ensure everything stays in working order.

Team & Founder Support

• Support Hasan and Ibrahim with assigned tasks and follow-ups.
• Help with coordination, communication, and reminders.
• Organise, categorise, and manage equipment for proper storage.

Recruitment & HR Support

• Source candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process.

Production & Client Support

• Assist in shoots when required.
• Maintain and update the shoot calendar.
• Communicate with clients for project updates.
• Track client deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

• Basic understanding of photography/video setups (a plus).
• Reliable, disciplined, and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
