Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Delhi, Karampura

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, support multiple departments, and help maintain an efficient, organized, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Support HR and administrative processes such as onboarding, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair services with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Maintain company records, both physical and digital, in an organized and secure manner.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • Occasional overtime may be required for events or special projects.
