Job Title: Office Coordinator – Sales & Service

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–4 years preferred

Industry: Office Automation & IT


Job Summary:

Office Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Service Coordination:

  • Manage and support sales and service operations on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with sales and service teams for updates and ensure task completion.
  • Maintain sales and service documentation and reports.
  • Ensure timely response to client inquiries and service requests.
  • Daily Task Management:

  • Assign daily tasks to relevant team members and ensure accountability.
  • Monitor progress of tasks throughout the day.
  • Collect end-of-day reports and consolidate them for management review.
  • Vendor & OEM Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors, OEMs, and suppliers for procurement and service requirements.
  • Maintain vendor contact database and ensure timely communication.
  • Follow up on deliveries, service support, and payment schedules.
  • Customer Communication:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain good relationship with all customers.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Create and maintain presentations in PowerPoint and documents in Word.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    .
  • Strong

    verbal and written communication

    skills in English.
  • Ability to

    multitask and prioritize

    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent

    organizational and time management

    skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in handling coordination roles in

    sales and service operations

    is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or ERP software is a plus.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.


Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (or as per company policy)


Salary:

  • Commensurate with experience and industry standards
