Job Description: Office Assistant

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office assistant to help manage daily office functions, support data reporting tasks, and drive operational improvements. This role is essential in ensuring that our academic and administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with faculty, students, and cross-functional teams to uphold high standards of service delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Office Support

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage records, files, and documentation in a systematic manner.
  • Handle document verification, filing, and retrieval tasks with attention to accuracy.
  • Support faculty with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and distributing academic materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for examinations, including seating arrangements and distribution of exam materials.
  • Assist in student admission processes, including document collection and enrollment record management.

2. Data & Reporting

  • Generate and analyze regular reports on operational metrics such as student performance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and course completion rates.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to build dashboards and maintain data pipelines that support decision-making and performance tracking.

3. Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in administrative and operational workflows and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of automation tools and contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all processes adhere to internal policies and external quality standards, maintaining operational compliance.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to record-keeping.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and digital documentation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
