Job Description

Job Summary:

The Office Admin is responsible for managing front-desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, coordination skills, and a professional attitude.



Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when required.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.

Administrative Support

  • Handle office documentation, filing, scanning, and record maintenance.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and basic communication drafts.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and internal events.
  • Assist HR/Accounts/Management with routine tasks when required.
  • Support onboarding of new employees by providing forms and guiding them.
  • Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.

Office Management

  • Monitor and maintain office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems).
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Update staff contact lists and internal communication boards.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



Salary: As per industry standards.

Location: Amanora Chambers, Amanora Mall, Hadapsar, Pune

Working Days: 6 days (or as applicable).
