R.C.C structural checking and inspection as per drawings. On-site measurements and verification. Prepare structural audit reports and site visit documentation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare R.C.C and structural steel drawings using AutoCAD. Estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). Perform structural design calculations for RCC and steel structures. Work on structural design and analysis software for various projects. (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETAB, RCDC, MS Excel & Word (Documentation and calculation reports) Strong understanding and application of IS Codes (e.g., IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, etc.) Good knowledge of RCC construction techniques and steel structures. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
