Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Relationship Manager to lead and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including HP, Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, and others. This role is pivotal in driving joint business initiatives, enhancing collaboration, and maximising value from OEM relationships across sales, marketing, and technical domains.


Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at OEMs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all OEM engagements.


- Business Development & Growth

- Identify and pursue joint go-to-market opportunities with OEMs.

- Align OEM strategies with internal sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.


- Program & Partnership Execution

- Manage OEM partnership programs, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and optimize program benefits.


- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, procurement) to execute OEM strategies.

- Facilitate training, enablement, and product updates from OEMs to internal stakeholders.


- Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track OEM performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

- Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership health and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in OEM/vendor management, channel sales, or strategic alliances.

- Proven track record of managing relationships with OEMs like HP, Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto.

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet OEM partners and attend industry events.


Preferred Skills

- Experience with partner portals, deal registration, and OEM incentive programs.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate partnership goals into actionable plans.
