NPD Manager

As an experienced NPD Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a product development strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. Your role will involve identifying new product opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and managing the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will lead a team of product development engineers and specialists, providing guidance and support while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales will be essential to ensure seamless product development and launch. Your technical expertise in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards within the autocomponent and steel/metal industry will play a crucial role in driving innovation and quality assurance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing product development costs, implementing quality control procedures, and optimizing project budgets. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in product development, particularly in the autocomponent or steel/metal industry. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential for this role.
