Must Have:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8–12 Years in NPD Sr Engineering in the manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
• Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Apply proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on HMC.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software effectively.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ensure excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Possess knowledge about fixture and tooling.
• Apply proven experience in cycle time calculation for CNC machines.
