Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day tasks of researching and developing innovative products, managing projects in the food industry, and leading the overall product development process to deliver value to stakeholders. Qualifications 1)B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 8 years’ Experience in New Product development, Cost Estimation and documentation. 2) Experience in Various processes like Precision CNC Machining, Aerospace / automotive / export of parts industry segment. 3) Knowledge on 2D drafting, 3D modelling is essential. 4) For machining CAM programming knowledge is essential. 5) Ability to draw process flow for new development items. 6) Knowledge on various metal properties. 7) Good Knowledge of Special processes like heat treatment, Plating, galvanizing, shot blasting, glass bead blasting etc. 8) Basic knowledge of ISO: 9001/ AS:9100 systems. 9) Good Knowledge of inspection methods and strong knowledge of using all measuring instruments. 10) Candidates from OEM’s on Aerospace / Automotive industries will be preferred. 11) Good in documentation in PPAP, CP, PFD, PSW, SPC, 8D, Traceability are having advantage. 12) Good oral and verbal communication skills.
