) B.E in Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in New Product
development, Cost Estimation and documentation.2) Experience in sub – assembly product development.3) Experience and knowledge in various processes like Precision CNC Machining, heattreatment, surface finishing and sub-assemblies for Aerospace, Automotive, Medicaland other industry segment.4) Knowledge on 2D drafting, 3D modelling is essential.5) Exposure to CAM programming is the advantage.6) Ability to draw process flow for new development items.7) Good knowledge of Raw material and its properties and should be able to selectappropriate material based on requirement.8) Strong in cycle time calculation and process optimization for maximum output.9) Good Knowledge of Special processes like heat treatment, Plating, galvanizing, shotblasting, glass bead blasting etc.10) Good Knowledge of machine hour rates of various processes.11) Strong Knowledge of Cost estimation and cost negotiations.12) Basic knowledge of QMS ISO: 9001/ AS:9100 systems.13) Able to frame the concept based on customer inputs for proto sample development.14) Good Knowledge of inspection methods and strong knowledge of using all measuringinstruments.15) Candidates from OEM’s on Aerospace / Automotive industries will be preferred.16) Good in documentation in PPAP, CP, PFD, PSW, SPC, 8D, Traceability are havingadvantage.17) Good oral and verbal communication skills.
