NPD Manager

Job description:

Total Experience: 9 To 15 Years

Job Location: Gurgaon (Sector 34)

Qualification: B.Tech (Electronics)

Experience - EMS Industry Only (Experience should be mandatory from EMS Industry)

The NPD Manager will be responsible to oversee the entire product development process and post development till launch. This role involves collaborating with cross- functional teams and ensuring products are developed on time and within budget. The candidate must have strong background in new product development and project management.

Key responsibilities:

Lead product development process till commercialization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, manufacturing and purchase.

Create and manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.

* Develop product specifications and quality standards to ensure products meets customer requirements.

Conduct competitive analysis and bench marking.

Manage product testing and validation processes.

Prepare and present product development updates and reports.
