This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development (NPD) Manager located in Tijara. The NPD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new auto components, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The NPD Manager will also be involved in market research, product design, testing, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications

Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong understanding of product design and development processes
Knowledge of market research and analysis
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Ability to manage timelines and ensure project milestones are met
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
