Department : Dispatch / Stores Position : Officer(Dispatch) Role & Responsibilities :- 1.To ensure proper packing, labeling, loading & dispatches of finished goods. 2Must familiar with Export Packaging & Export Packaging Standards ( Packaging for European & American Locations / Countries ) 3Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement & dispatch tracking. 4Any other work assigned or delegated by the Management. 5To maintain the stock records of Raw Material and incoming raw material, tools& consumables. 6Over all responsibility of Dispatch & Stores. 7.To prepare GRN(Goods receipt note). 8To prepare & maintain accurate Stock Reports. 9To ensure updation of daily stock records ( Customer Material and Own Material). 10Minimize material loss, damage during transportation. 11Plan & schedule dispatches as per customer delivery requirements. 12Follow safety procedures during loading/unloading operations. Qualifications B.A/B.Com /B. Sc Age 25 to 30 Years Work Experience 4 to 6 Years Skills & Ability 1Communication & coordination skill 2Knowledge of inventory management system 3Strong record keeping skill 4Knowledge MS Excel & documentation. 5Leadership & Good professional Communicator(Internal & External ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Markal, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
