Position Summary

Sales Engineer (Key Accounts) to lead sales and business development efforts while delivering exceptional technical support to identified KEY accounts & clients. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions that align with company offerings. The Sales Engineer will also conduct market analysis, oversee proposal preparation, and ensure successful project execution to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties & responsibilities:

1.            Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for automation products (PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, Robots).
  • Identify, pursue, and establish relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Actively seek out new opportunities and maintain up-to-date records of prospects in the ERP system.

2.            Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the automation industry.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and act as a liaison between customers and internal support teams.

3.            Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients on automation products (PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, Robots).
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase product features and capabilities.
  • Analyze customer needs, suggest custom solutions, and guide them through the purchase decision-making process.

4.            Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential business growth areas.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to support the improvement of existing products and the development of new products.

5.            Project Coordination & Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, and service) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Manage post-sales support to resolve any client issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

6.            Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the ERP system.
