Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products and solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities by generating new enquiries through field visits and market research.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical documents as required.
  • Negotiate with customers on pricing, delivery, and commercial terms to close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical products/systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the electrical domain.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
